About the role

As a Customer Service Representative at LUMER UNIVERSAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES INC', you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to our diverse client base. What you'll be doing

  • Responding to incoming customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers, addressing their concerns, and finding effective solutions
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and following up on open issues
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggesting process improvements
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

What we're looking for

  • Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to empathize and build rapport with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively
  • Familiarity with customer service software and platforms, with the willingness to learn new systems
  • A positive attitude, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred, but not essential
