Summary:

As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using Oracle PeopleSoft Financials. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to develop and enhance applications for business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME

- Collaborate and manage the team to perform

- Responsible for team decisions

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams

- Develop and enhance applications using Oracle PeopleSoft Financials

- Conduct testing and debugging of applications

- Provide technical support and guidance to team members

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle PeopleSoft Financials

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle

- Experience in PeopleSoft Development

- Experience in PeopleSoft PeopleTools

- Knowledge of SQL and database management

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle PeopleSoft Financials

- This position is based at our Manila office
