About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Accounting Staff to join our team at Colegio de San Gabriel Arcangel in San Jose del Monte City, Bulacan. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, and supporting the overall accounting operations of the college.

What you'll be doing

  • Accurately record and process financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
  • cashier

  • encoding of financial records of students
  • remittance report
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve accounting-related inquiries and issues
  • Contribute to the implementation of accounting policies and procedures
  • Provide administrative support to the finance and accounting team as needed

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in an educational institution or similar environment
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheet applications
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with colleagues and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with accounting principles, practices, and regulations
