
Customer Service Representative

- Job Summary:
is responsible for assisting members, employers, and healthcare providers with inquiries related to health insurance services, benefits, membership, contributions, and claims. The CSR ensures that all transactions are handled professionally, accurately, and in accordance with the policies and guidelines.
Snapshot of the Job:
- Handle customer concerns through calls, emails, and chat.
- Assist customer on the order taking process
- Provide resolutions based on the knowledge base.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys through various channels.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- NO BPO experience required for the job
- At least college graduate
- Confident in speaking Filipino and English language
- Good customer service skills
- Highly skilled at time management, with proven ability to manage variations in workload
- Ability to develop solutions when no crisp\ layout of the problem exists

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to Php16,000.00 per month
