Job Opportunity: Software Developer – Field Service Management Platform

We're looking for a skilled Software Developer to help us design and build a custom field service management platform tailored specifically for our property maintenance business.

About the Role

As a Software Developer, you'll play a key role in designing, developing, and improving software solutions that streamline operations and enhance efficiency. You'll collaborate with our team to create tools that support business processes, improve reporting, and optimize workflow management.

What You'll Work On

  • Designing and developing a proprietary platform for field service management.
  • Creating intuitive dashboards and detailed reporting tools to improve decision-making.
  • Implementing routing optimization for field staff efficiency.
  • Building a scalable solution to handle recurring property maintenance workflows.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in software development (preferably SaaS or service management tools).
  • Strong knowledge of backend development and database architecture.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles for building dashboards and reporting systems.
  • Experience with logistics, routing, or scheduling optimization is a plus.
  • Ability to work closely with our team to understand needs and deliver practical solutions.
