Minimum Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years as a Full Stack Developer, with exposure to finance or fintech systems.

Technical Skills:

  • Frontend: Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
  • Backend: Experience with , Python (Django/Flask), Java (Spring Boot), or .NET Core.
  • Databases: Skilled in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
  • APIs: Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs; GraphQL is a plus.
  • Tools: Familiar with Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Security: Understanding of authentication, data privacy, and financial compliance (e.g., PCI-DSS, GDPR).

Domain Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with core financial concepts (transactions, accounts, payments).
  • Experience integrating with payment gateways, banking APIs, or financial data services is a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments.
