About the role

Webzoid System Solutions Corporation is seeking a talented Risk Analyst Supervisor to join our dynamic team in our Paranaque City office. This full-time position is responsible for leading and overseeing our risk analysis efforts, ensuring the company maintains a robust risk management framework. As the Risk Analyst Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in identifying, assessing and mitigating potential risks to support the company's strategic objectives.

What you'll be doing

  1. Consistently utilize the established standard operating procedures during fraud investigation to minimize the risk of fraudulent activities on the platform.

  2. Conducts thorough analyses of user information and activities and monitors user behavior to identify any unusual activity to protect the company from any fraudulent transactions.

  3. Communicates directly with users that are indicative of fraud in a timely and efficient manner.

  4. Investigates and resolves instances of fraud on the platform while ensuring compliance to regulatory measures.

  5. Recommends measures to detect and prevent fraud activities to protect the company from any risk.

  6. Supervise and support a team of risk officers or analysts. Monitor and evaluate organizational risks across departments.

  7. Responsible for minimizing the risk of fraudulent activity on the platform by analyzing user data and identifying potential fraud patterns

What we're looking for

  1. In-depth understanding of entire MS Office and Google Suite

  2. Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills

  3. Professional level in verbal and written communication skills

  4. Knowledgeable on Fraud and Risk Management

  5. Excellent interpersonal skills

  6. Preferably, with at least five (5) year experience in risk management, compliance, or internal audit.

  7. Minimum of three (3) year BPO (Preferred Local Gaming) experience is an advantage

  8. At least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.

  9. Good command of interpreting written English and Tagalog language

  10. Can naturally converse verbally using English and Tagalog language

  11. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
