• Assist in preparing basic reports, transmittals, and RFA/RFI documentation.


• Track project deadlines, approvals, and deliverables.


• Maintain office inventory (supplies, equipment, and materials).


• Organize both physical and digital filing systems.


• Monitor petty cash, reimbursements, and simple purchasing.


• Handle incoming & outgoing documents, packages, and deliveries.


• Assist in responding to client inquiries and follow-ups.


• Prepare drafts of emails, proposals, letters, and quotations.


• Coordinate meeting schedules with clients and partners.


• Maintain professionalism as the first point-of-contact of the office.
