BRIEF QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in graphic design (preferably in real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle brands) or a similar role.
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite ( Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and Canva/other design tools
  • Experience with video editing and motion graphics (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar) is a strong plus
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design for social media, websites, and digital ads.
  • A strong eye for layout, color, and typography
  • Basic understanding of photography, photo editing, and 3D rendering integration for real estate visual is an advantage

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  • Create and edit graphics, illustrations, and other visual content for various platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and print materials.
  • Edit and produce video content for promotional, instructional, and internal purposes.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual assets that align with our brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Assist in the development and execution of creative concepts for campaigns and projects.
  • Ensure all visual content is high-quality, on-brand, and delivered on time.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and video editing.
  • Manage and organize digital assets and project files.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14, Php16,000.00 per month
