A Medical Sales Representatives, better known as Territorial Sales Representative, is responsible for driving Solventum CSR sales in NCR North, this role balances market expansion with financial accountability, specifically through public tender management and accounts receivable oversight

Area Coverage: Manila, Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas, Valenzuela

Office Location: Quezon City

Key Responsibilities:

  • Target Achievement: Take full ownership of your territory to consistently meet and exceed sales benchmarks and collection KPIs.
  • Key Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain influential relationships with physicians and hospital staff to act as a trusted partner and secure clinical buy-in.
  • Strategic Market Positioning: Stay ahead of the curve by analyzing competitor trends and regional data to craft winning sales strategies.
  • Clinical Education: Act as a brand ambassador, delivering high-energy presentations and technical training that highlight product efficacy and value.
  • End-to-End Account Management: Oversee the full sales lifecycle, from coordinating logistics and resolving client hurdles to contributing to successful tender bids.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate of any Medical/Business-related course (Nursing is preferred).
  • Professional License: Holding a professional license is a significant advantage.
  • Technical Skills: Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience: Prior experience in sales is preferred, specifically within the Medical Sales industry.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with excellent oral and written communication abilities.
  • Work Ethic: A goal-oriented, high-energy self-starter with exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Mobility: Must be flexible with work locations and willing to travel as required by company service needs.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently with high levels of self-motivation and a results-driven mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php19, Php25,000.00 per month
