Essential Job Functions:
The required position will be responsible but not limited to the functions below:
(1) Provides direct patient care, manages occupational health programs, ensures workplace safety, and maintains compliance with government health regulations.
(2) Responsibilities include administering first aid and medication, maintaining employee health records, conducting health education, assisting with pre-employment and annual physical exams, managing medical supplies
(3) Preparing health reports for the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).
(4) Registered Nurse with qualifications like Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) training and experience in a manufacturing environment assisting with pre-employment and annual physical exams, managing medical supplies.
Job Requirements/Qualification:
Provide emergency treatment, administer first aid and over-the-counter medications, and assess health concerns.
Develop and implement health and safety programs, conduct health risk assessments, and monitor the work environment for hazards.
Promote employee wellness through health education, seminars, and wellness programs, and conduct regular health checks.
Maintain accurate, confidential health records for all employees, ensuring compliance with data privacy laws.
Prepare and submit health and medical reports to the DOLE and other regulatory bodies, as required by law.
Coordinate and assist with pre-employment, annual, and random drug examinations for employees.
Conduct regular inventory of medicines, medical supplies, and equipment, and ensure proper stock management.
Experience/Skills:
A valid and active license as a Registered Nurse in the Philippines (PRC license).
At least one year of experience is often required, with experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting being preferred.
Training and/or background in Standard First Aid, Basic Life Support, and Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH).
Education:
A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
