Position: ServiceNow Developer

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with over 3 years of hands-on experience in designing, building, and supporting enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate is a subject matter expert who can deliver high-quality technical solutions, ensure platform scalability, and provide mentorship to junior developers.

Key Qualifications & Skills

  • ServiceNow Development Expertise:
  • 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, customization, and administration.
  • Proficient in working with core tables, Glide scripting, UI actions, scheduled jobs, business rules, ACLs, client scripts, data imports, and custom applications.
  • Skilled in using Flow Designer and applying best practices in ServiceNow development methodologies.
  • Integration Experience:
  • Solid background in designing and implementing integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP web services.
  • Hands-on experience in creating and consuming APIs to ensure seamless data flow between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications.
  • Technical Leadership:
  • Serves as a technical SME, providing guidance, best practices, and code reviews to other developers.
  • Collaborates closely with architects, administrators, and cross-functional IT teams to ensure solutions are aligned with enterprise standards.
  • ITIL & ITSM Knowledge:
  • Strong understanding of ITIL methodologies and ITSM concepts, with the ability to translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
  • Familiarity with enterprise IT architecture, relational databases, and data modeling principles.
  • Additional Capabilities:
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement scalable solutions.
  • Strong documentation skills for technical designs, workflows, and processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
