JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a passionate and customer-oriented individual to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in promoting our jewelry, furniture, and handicrafts, ensuring each customer receives an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present and promote company products to both existing and potential clients.
  • Assist customers in selecting the most suitable jewelry, furniture, or handicrafts based on their style, preferences, and needs.
  • Maintain product displays to ensure they are well-organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, offering expert guidance, and providing tailored recommendations.
  • Prepare accurate sales quotations, proposals, and related documents when required.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for candidates who demonstrate professionalism, passion, and strong interpersonal skills.

  • A Bachelor's degree is an advantage; however, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in a foreign language is a plus.
  • A genuine ability to connect with customers and establish lasting relationships.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Makati City.
  • Must be able to work six (6) days a week with one (1) day off.
  • Flexibility to be assigned to other branch.
