Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing the paid search and social campaigns to drive traffic, improve ROAS, and support e-commerce growth. This role is ideal for someone who is results-oriented, data-driven, and excited to contribute to a mission-driven brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan, build, and manage high-performing paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
- Align campaign strategy with company goals across performance marketing, sales promotions, and new product launches.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to inform ad copy, bidding, and structure.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging and landing page alignment.
- Optimization & Performance Management
- Monitor daily spend, pacing, and performance metrics across campaigns.
- Optimize bids, budgets, keywords, and ads based on performance insights and driving profitable revenue growth.
- A/B test ad copy, audience segments, and landing pages to improve CTR, CVR, and ROAS.
- Leverage Google Analytics (GA4) and other tools to analyze conversion paths and customer behavior.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports outlining key performance metrics, wins, opportunities, and insights.
- Create clear and actionable summaries to share with leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Utilize Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis, forecasting, and budget tracking.
Innovation & Growth
- Stay ahead of search marketing trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates.
- Proactively recommend testing roadmaps and campaign enhancements to unlock profitable growth.
- Identify new paid opportunities in emerging platforms (e.g., YouTube, TikTok, Amazon Ads).
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns.
- Proficient in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display), Meta Ads, TikTok and GA4.
- Strong command of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas) and experience in PowerPoint for reporting.
- Proven ability to drive profitable revenue growth for an emerging brand with primary sales channel on e-commerce platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, forecast spend, and optimize for ROI.
- Comfortable interpreting large datasets to derive actionable insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
