About the role

Sakara Incorporated (OnlyFries) is seeking a part-time Kiosk Crew Member to join our team in Mandaluyong City Metro Manila. As a Kiosk Crew Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient operation of our food kiosk. This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing hospitality and tourism company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and assisting customers with orders and inquiries
  2. Preparing and serving a variety of food and beverage items with attention to detail and presentation
  3. Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked kiosk
  4. Following all food safety and hygiene protocols
  5. Providing excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  6. Collaborating with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers
  3. Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
  4. Attention to detail and a commitment to food safety and hygiene standards
  5. Flexible and adaptable to work part-time hours as required
  6. Must be available to work weekdays only
