Hiring an Outbound Virtual Assistant

We are an online fitness coaching company.

You will be responsible for outbound messaging prospects alongside handling inbound conversations to get prospects booked for calls

Job Expectations:

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant with exceptional communication skills to support our appointment setters by generating leads efficiently through instagram. You'll work with a variety of warm, pre-nurtured leads that you'll have access to and engage using our established frameworks during your training period.

Your role will involve using provided scripts and applying your communication skills to identify high-quality leads that meet our qualifying criteria. You'll initiate contact with a first message or re-engage a lead with a 'follow-up' message and manage 2-3 message replies as part of the messaging process.

This position requires comfort with direct messaging on Instagram and a willingness to learn and adhere to our scripts and procedures.

FLUENCY IN ENGLISH IS ESSENTIAL

Preferred Experience and Qualifications
- A background in sales, writing, or communications is highly desirable.
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in customer service is a strong advantage.
- Fitness knowledge is not required but can be beneficial.

Work Schedule
- This role requires availability 6 days a week, working 4 hours daily to start, split into two shifts (2 hours & 2 hours with a 3 hour break between each shift).
- There will be the opportunity for full time work as the business grows
- As our primary audience is based in Australia, working during Australia business hours is preferred to align with their active time zones.

Key Responsibilities
- Send 300 outreach messages daily on Instagram to qualified prospective clients.
- Identify and engage quality leads through interactions such as page follows, story views, story poll votes, post comments, and old leads
- Conduct extended lead follow-ups using our proven messaging scripts.
- Track all lead data accurately using our tracking sheets.
- Follow up on leads from sales call tracking data.
- Send confirmation messages for booked calls on the sales team's calendar.
- Nurture leads prior to a call using the provided extended nurture sequence.
- Participate in teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings as scheduled
- Screen-share during shifts for training and performance monitoring when required.
