General Duties & Responsibilities:

Under direct supervision of the Business Dev't Officer, the main task of the Jr. Graphic Artist is as follows: (1) To create graphical designs/representation needed by the company to promote the merchandise and increase sales; (2) to create embroidery designs and revising from the suppliers; (3) to maintain and update Product Information Sheet (PIS); (4) to conduct photo shoots and prints of embroidery designs needed by Merchandising Dept; (5) to maintain and update design of company website per request from Management Information System (MIS).

Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Design Promotional Graphics.
  2. Create a Design and development for Billboard, LED Billboard, X Banner, streamer, product brochures, packaging, hang tags, paper bag, backboard, plastic hanger type and other promotional materials.
  3. Develop company Logos for product, businesses, and develop signage.
  4. Responsible for designing or making design flyers, Job vacancy ads, discount card, necktie bag, calendar and website images.
  5. Responsible in photo taking for Company I. D. and other kinds of I.D. as need arises
  6. Locate, prepare and save ready-made clip art graphics to accompany articles.
  7. Take photos of the new items for PIS, for samples and other photos as needed.
  8. Create embroidery designs for barong.
  9. Revising embroidery designs for the supplier.
  10. Creating and checking the appropriate size of wall graphics.
  11. Maintain and update PIS regularly.
  12. Photo shoot and printing of embroidery design needed by merchandising.
  13. Maintain and update design of company website (requests from the MIS).
  14. Designing graphics of signages for all SM stores.
  15. And other task that maybe assigned by the immediate head or management from time to time.
