Project Inspector

Job Description:

• Attending pre-construction meetings where necessary
• Ensures that all required test, operations, measurements and inspections are scheduled, ordered, satisfactory completed and documented for quality assurance/quality control compliance.
• Monitor all construction activities and its progress and ensure adherence to all procedures and specifications.
• Monitor and perform regular check on all contractor and inspector work progress and maintain knowledge on all project requirements and provide all grading permits.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must be a licensed Engineer
• With at least 1 year related work experience
• Proficient in using CAD programs
• Must have excellent project management skills and communication skills
• With high customer orientation skills

OVERVIEW

To evaluate all plans and project specifications and ensure feasibility of all plans with all construction process and ensure all activities in compliance with Quality Assurance procedures and prepare and effective schedule for all project progress.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
