Are you a Quality Expert who loves validating the "why" just as much as the "how"? We are looking for an Intelligence Engineer to be our ultimate Quality Champion You won't just look for bugs; you'll be the final, critical voice ensuring that every single new feature actually delivers its intended outcome and value to our users and teams. Your mission is to stand guard at the Quality Gate, preventing any issue that could possibly interrupt our operations or ruin the customer experience

Your Purpose & Accountability

Your purpose is clear: to be the champion who verifies that every new feature not only works correctly but actually delivers its intended outcome. Your role is absolutely critical in preventing software quality issues from halting operational workflows or directly disrupting the end-user experience. You are accountable for the overall quality strategy of the product, owning the mandatory Quality Gates that ensure product goals and customer deliverables are met before anything ships

Your Core Job Functions: The Art of Validation

You'll design and execute a smart, comprehensive quality strategy across all our squads:

  • Outcome Validation (Manual/Exploratory): You will perform hands-on (manual) testing of new features to deeply validate they meet the precise scope, goal, and customer deliverables defined by the squad - you validate the value of the feature
  • Test Strategy Design: You'll design the master plan, intelligently combining automated scripts (for scale and regression) with targeted exploratory and manual validation (for those brand new, critical features).
  • Defect Prevention: You're a quality detective You analyze past defects by their business impact and immediately build automated and manual tests to prevent that same failure from ever interrupting a workflow or degrading the customer experience again.
