Project Manager
to lead projects, nurture client relationships, and drive successful outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Gather, document, and translate client requirements into clear, actionable tasks for the development team.
  • Provide client onboarding, training, and continuous support to ensure smooth system adoption.
  • Coordinate with the software development team to track progress, manage timelines, and meet client expectations.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for all system changes, enhancements, and feature requests.
  • Proactively follow up with clients to provide support, resolve issues, and ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Drive client engagement by helping clients maximize usage and achieve full integration of our systems.
  • Develop in-depth expertise in our systems to provide insights, best practices, and informed guidance.
  • Provide strategic feedback to improve the system, user experience, and overall service delivery.

  • Excellent communication skills, bridging the gap between technical teams and non-technical clients.
  • Strong ability to analyze and transform client needs into actionable project requirements.
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills, especially under pressure.
  • Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, and execution in fast-paced environments.
  • Effective task delegation and workload management across multiple projects.
  • High adaptability to startup environments, with flexibility and resourcefulness.
  • Leadership qualities to guide, mentor, and motivate developers while collaborating with sales teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
