About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Reconciliation Specialist to manage and execute daily reconciliation activities related to cash-in and cash-out transactions between our internal payment systems and upstream providers. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and a solid understanding of financial transaction flows in digital payment environments.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation for cash-in and cash-out transactions between internal records and upstream provider reports.
  • Investigate and resolve reconciliation variances promptly, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance, Operations, and IT teams to identify, report, and rectify discrepancies.
  • Maintain and improve reconciliation templates and dashboards using Excel or other analytical tools.
  • Prepare reconciliation summaries and exception reports for management review.
  • Support audit and compliance requirements by maintaining organized and traceable reconciliation records.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to automate or streamline the reconciliation process for efficiency.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of payment flows, settlement cycles, and upstream provider transactions.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, INDEX-MATCH, conditional formatting, macros a plus).
  • High attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience working with payment gateways, e-wallets, or bank integrations.
  • Familiarity with SQL or reconciliation automation tools.
  • Proven track record of handling large transaction volumes and complex datasets.
  • Demonstrated initiative in improving reconciliation processes or controls.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php28,000.00 per month
