Position: Collections Specialist

Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City

Schedule: Shifting (including night shifts, holidays, and overtime)

Start Date: July 28, 2025


Job Responsibilities:
  • Identify and manage overdue or problematic customer accounts.
  • Conduct daily outbound calls to follow up on delinquent balances.
  • Maintain accurate records of collection activities and ensure consistent follow-ups on past-due accounts.
  • Utilize and adapt to complex debt collection software and tools effectively.
  • Handle inbound AR-related customer calls and address account inquiries professionally.
  • Provide requested documentation such as invoices, account statements, and other related records.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and foster positive customer relationships.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively in a business-professional manner, both verbally and in writing.
  • Exhibit a pleasant phone manner with proper etiquette and clarity.
  • Follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
  • Manage daily tasks independently and prioritize responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in voice-based collections, third-party collections, payment collection, or debt collection over the phone.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
  • Amenable to shifting schedules, including US hours, holidays, and overtime.
