As a
Transition Manager
, you are responsible to:

  • Responsible for successful execution of one or multiple countries projects of the Manila SSC (migration/transition of work, center projects, events)
  • Responsible for on time, on budget & on quality delivery of projects in compliance w/ the local & global transition methodology
  • Responsible for setting-up, customizing & maintaining project plans
  • Responsible for set-up, training, coordination & management of project teams members (and workshadowers)
  • Responsible for development, execution & communication of change management activities during a project
  • Accountable for analysis & regular risk & progress reporting of ongoing projects
  • Responsible for establishment/maintenance of relationships to internal & external stakeholders, on both local/global levels
  • Participation in global projects as required

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent in relevant work experience
  • Advantage but not required to have project management certifications
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Significant project management (incl. usage of project management tools) experience
  • 2 years of experience in transitions, in-depth transition knowledge & at least 2 successfully completed transitions as Transition Manager in a shared service environment
  • Advanced levels in Excel & PowerPoint, experience w/ data warehouse information or similar tools
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills - relevant experience in working w/ senior stakeholders & cross cultural teams is an advantage
  • Proven ability to maintain professional relationships & ability to influence stakeholders & multiple teams
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder & change management skills
  • Cultural adaptability
  • High flexibility & ability to work w/ minimal supervision
  • Proven dedication to customer/client satisfaction
  • Strong time management & organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Use of modern project management tools
  • Use of AI tools such as MS PowerPoint, understanding of effective prompt generation for AI
