Local Land Affair Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead end-to-end land acquisition processes for the greenfield project, including conducting land surveys, verifying land titles, negotiating terms with local landowners, and finalizing land use agreements in compliance with Philippine laws and regulations.

  2. Liaise with local government agencies (e.g., Department of Environment and Natural Resources, local municipal offices) to secure all required land-related permits, licenses, and approvals for project development.

  3. Manage land-related documentation, maintaining accurate records of land ownership, contracts, permits, and correspondence to ensure full traceability and compliance.

  4. Resolve potential land-related disputes or issues in a timely and professional manner, collaborating with local communities and stakeholders to maintain positive relationships.

  5. Provide regular updates on land affairs progress to the project management team, identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.

  6. Ensure all land-related activities adhere to the company's standards and local environmental protection regulations.

Requirements:

  1. Citizenship: Must be a Philippine local resident with valid work authorization.

  2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Land Management, Real Estate, Law, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

  3. Experience: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in land acquisition, land administration, or related roles for infrastructure, energy, or greenfield development projects in the Philippines.

  4. Knowledge & Skills: 1) In-depth understanding of Philippine land laws, regulations, and procedures related to land acquisition, permits, and land use rights. 2) Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
