Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily inventory levels across warehouses, stores, and distribution centers.
  • Analyze inventory trends, product performance, and replenishment needs.
  • Develop and maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliations.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis of inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with Purchasing, Logistics, Sales, and Production teams to ensure alignment of inventory plans.
  • Prepare inventory reports, including stock status, aging, slow-moving items, and forecasting insights.
  • Assist in demand planning and forecasting based on historical trends and market data.
  • Recommend strategies to optimize inventory turnover and reduce carrying costs.
  • Support implementation of inventory management systems and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years experience in inventory control, supply chain, or data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and inventory systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.
