About the role

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, this full-time CNC Operator/Encoder role at FIN8 DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION' in Angeles City Pampanga is responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality components and parts. As a key member of the production team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and accurate manufacturing of products to support the company's growth objectives.

What you'll be doing

  • Setting up, operating and monitoring CNC machines to manufacture components and parts according to production schedules and quality standards
  • Programming and encoding CNC machines to produce parts with the required specifications
  • Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance
  • Carefully monitoring machine performance and making necessary adjustments to maintain precision and accuracy
  • Adhering to all health, safety and environmental protocols to minimise risks and incidents
  • Collaborating with the production team to identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Maintaining detailed records of production activities, machine performance and quality control checks

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a CNC Operator or Encoder in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics
  • Proficient in programming and operating a variety of CNC machines
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve equipment issues
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the production team
  • Familiarity with quality control processes and the ability to perform inspections and maintain documentation
  • ArtCam, Solidworks and other platforms accepted.
