The Service Advisor is mainly responsible for accepting vehicles, preparation of estimates and advising customers, conducting preliminary fault diagnosis and preparing repair order, tracking repair order, inspection to ensure quality in acceptance of repaired vehicles and handing back to customers, explanation of charges and jobs done to the customer.

Being a pipeline between the dealer and the customer.

  • Welcomes customers and inspects vehicles with them.
  • Prepares estimates, explains repairs, and sets appointments.
  • Coordinates with workshop and parts departments.
  • Monitors repair progress and ensures quality work.
  • Updates customers, handles complaints, and manages handover.
  • Completes all necessary documentation and invoicing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
