
Customer Relations Officer

- Meets and greets customer who bring their vehicles for completion of maintenance service, repair, accident repair work;
- Endorses customers (walk-in or with appointment) to assigned or preferred Sales Consultant, and/or Service Advisor;
- Schedule towing service assistance for customers if necessary
- Assist customers requesting for outside service (home/office) or towing service
- Receive and screen all service reception telephone calls
- Coordinate with Service Advisor regarding proper schedules and appointments
- Log reservations and advance booking of customers in the ERIC System
- Maintain ample supply of materials and goods necessary in the daily operations of the service reception
- Coordinate with management by suggesting ways and means in improving overall image of the service reception area
- Provide service reminder to customers thru letters, SMS, call
- Relaying information to customer from Service Advisor to customers and vice versa
- Provide feedback / follow-up to customers regarding status of the vehicle while in the workshop (aftersales)
- Receives and records issues/concerns received form the customer using CCMS (Customer Concern Monitoring Sheets)
- Records necessary customer and vehicle information of concerns received and continuous actions until concerns are resolved
- Updates customers regarding status of concern
- Inquires level of Customer Satisfaction and Service Experience and informs that a service representative will call regarding Customer Satisfaction and Service Experience
- Coordinates with department head the countermeasures to eliminate concern
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php17, Php20,000.00 per month
