Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Company Nurse to ensure the health and safety of employees while providing administrative support within the organization. This role includes handling employee medical concerns, maintaining compliance with occupational safety and health (OSH) regulations, and supporting various administrative functions, including visitor management and medical record monitoring. The role also involves assisting as a Tour Coordinator for Senses of the Sea.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide basic healthcare services to employees, assess health conditions, and assist in their recovery.
  • Conduct Fit to Work assessments and maintain monthly reports on employee sick leave trends.
  • Ensure compliance with Bureau of Working Conditions (BWC) standards and prevent regulatory violations.
  • Maintain and monitor employee medical records, office supplies, and OSH requirements.
  • Support administrative operations to ensure efficient internal and external communications.
  • Assist as a Tour Coordinator for Senses of the Sea, facilitating visitor experiences and interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse with a valid PRC license.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within an occupational health or administrative setting.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Knowledge of DOLE-mandated programs and workplace safety regulations is an advantage.
  • OHNAP CERTIFICATION is a must.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and record-keeping.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively coordinating with different stakeholders.
