  1. Daily Operations Management

Ensures all areas of the business (kitchen, service, purchasing, and sales) run smoothly.

Coordinates with kitchen staff, servers, and suppliers to make sure production and service are on schedule.

Monitors quality standards and compliance with company policies.

  1. Inventory & Supplies Coordination

Tracks inventory levels of ingredients, packaging, and materials.

Coordinates with suppliers to restock items before they run out.

Checks delivery accuracy and ensures proper storage and documentation.

  1. Sales and Production Coordination

Reviews daily sales reports to anticipate supply and staffing needs.

Helps balance demand and supply (e.g., if sales increase, ensures more ingredients are ordered).

Communicates with sales or front-line teams about stock availability.

  1. Administrative Support

Prepares operational reports (sales summaries, inventory status, supplier performance, etc.).

Helps schedule shifts or manage staff attendance.

Assists management with documentation, filing, and system updates.

  1. Process Improvement

Identifies inefficiencies (like overstocking, wastage, or delays) and suggests solutions.

Helps implement new systems or procedures to improve workflow.

Skills and Qualifications

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Good understanding of inventory and supply chain basics.

Communication and coordination abilities.

Computer literacy (Excel, POS systems, or inventory software).

Preferably with experience in food operations or logistics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php13, Php14,000.00 per month
