Your impact

The purpose of this role is to assist in delivering key healthcare architectural projects as an experienced Architect who has general architectural expertise in documentation. The primary area of focus is in generating drawings that document interior fit out of large healthcare projects and an ability to understand the requirements of construction documentation. This role will also assist in architectural interface with healthcare planners and engineering inputs creating a wholistic, coordinated set of documents. This role requires a general understanding of documentation protocols, use of Revit standards and families and will require an ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Good communication skills and an understanding of Australasian standards and codes.
• Documentation experience and ability to work across multidisciplinary projects.
• Maintains and establishes strong team relationships by demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and successful delivery.
• Industry knowledge of technical standards required to deliver a project.
• Performs goals as agreed with direct manager.
• Effectively develops goals through Dialogue process and monitors implementation.
• Manages an individual work within the team environment and successfully delivers project outcomes.
• Adherence to workflow and Revit protocols on relevant projects.
• Contributes to a culture of documentation quality within the team.
• Takes responsibility for accurate delivery of work and mentors others to achieve same level of quality.
• Contributes to the delivery of Architectural and multidisciplinary design projects.
• Provides appropriate technical responses and supports a project team in the delivery of current practices in the construction industry.
• Understands team leader's drivers and program sufficiently to deliver quality documentation.
• Manages delivery of project to timelines.
• Builds relationships with ANZ health team and GID team.
• Actively assists in finding design solutions.
• Ensure appropriate process are undertaken to meet deliverables following modelling protocols.
