Schedule: 11:00PM to 8:00AM Manila Time

What are we looking for?**

Skills Required:

  • 2-3+ years of experience preparing U.S. tax returns (individual, corporate, partnership, or fiduciary).
  • Knowledge of U.S. federal and state tax regulations and basic tax research.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing financial/tax data.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret tax rules and resolve issues.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with clients and internal team members.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work efficiently under time constraints.
  • Professionalism, dependability, and confidentiality in handling client financial information.

What will you do?

  • Prepare U.S. individual, corporate, partnership, and fiduciary tax returns in compliance with federal and state tax regulations.
  • Assist with tax research and analysis, including identifying relevant IRC sections and tax rules.
  • Gather, organize, and review client financial information to ensure accuracy and completeness before filing.
  • Communicate with clients regarding required documents, updates, and tax return status.
  • Work closely with Tax Seniors and Managers to support project execution and ensure timely delivery of tax filings.
  • Remain up-to-date on changes in U.S. tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate and current tax reporting.
  • Maintain organized documentation and records in accordance with firm standards and compliance requirements.
