Who you are & what you'll need to succeed.
Customer Focused: You have 1–2 years of customer service experience and a genuine passion for helping others.
Tech Enthusiast: You're excited about learning WordPress and other web-related tools and technologies.
Strong Communicator: You bring excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a way anyone can understand.
People Oriented: You're comfortable engaging with a variety of customers—from small business owners to experienced developers—and can adapt your approach to meet their needs.
Web-Savvy (a plus): Experience with WordPress, website design, social media, hosting, or small business environments using WordPess is a strong advantage.
Bonus Points: You've worked with website hosting platforms, WordPress, plugins and themes, or page builders like Elementor, Divi, or WP Bakery.
