We are seeking a skilled WordPress Elementor UX/UI Designer to translate Figma designs into fully functional, responsive websites. This role requires precision, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to maintain design consistency while delivering an exceptional user experience. You'll work independently on most tasks while collaborating with a global team of developers and content creators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement Figma wireframes and prototypes into WordPress/Elementor pages
  • Ensure pixel-perfect design translation and responsive layouts
  • Maintain consistent design standards across typography, spacing, icons, and components
  • Optimize site performance through lightweight assets, lazy loading, and cross-browser QA
  • Build RTL/LTR versions with seamless switching and accurate layouts
  • Assist developers and content teams with design and implementation tasks
  • Keep project files organized and document key processes

Mandatory Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of UX/UI design experience with live websites
  • Proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, and prototyping
  • Experience building WordPress websites with Elementor
  • Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles
  • Excellent visual design skills with attention to hierarchy and detail
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with agency workflows and managing multiple brand systems
  • Basic knowledge of accessibility and conversion optimization
  • Experience designing RTL pages
