About the role

Join Specialists Inc. as a Technical Support Engineer based in Rosario, Cavite. In this full-time position, you will provide expert technical assistance and support to our clients, helping them resolve a wide range of IT-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to support requests via phone, email, and online ticketing systems.
  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related problems.
  3. Provide step-by-step solutions and instructions to help users resolve issues.
  4. Escalate complex problems to the appropriate technical teams for further investigation and resolution.
  5. Maintain detailed records of all support activities and document solutions for future reference.
  6. Continuously expand your knowledge of IT systems and technologies to improve your ability to assist clients.
  7. Collaborate with the wider IT team to identify and implement process improvements.

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a technical support or IT helpdesk role
  2. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think critically and creatively
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist users of varying technical abilities
  4. Working knowledge of common operating systems, software applications, and hardware troubleshooting
  5. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure to meet deadlines
  6. A passion for technology and a desire to continuously learn and expand your skillset
