A proactive, detail-oriented Technical Writer who can translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation. The team is looking for someone who can collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Studio IT, Operations, and QA to build and maintain high-quality documents that support product development, system workflows, project milestones, and client requirements. Ideally, someone with experience in software, IT, gaming, or live-studio environments.

Core Work Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain technical documents: user manuals, API docs, SOPs, technical specs, workflows, training materials, and release notes.
  • Translate engineering and product information into clear, well-structured documents.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, QA, Studio IT, and Operations to gather information.
  • Participate in sprint meetings, feature reviews, and technical discussions to capture updates.
  • Create diagrams, workflows, and UI/UX references (via Figma, Lucidchart, or ).
  • Manage documentation repositories with proper version control.
  • Conduct training or walkthrough sessions when needed.

Skills Used Regularly

  • Technical writing and content structuring
  • Understanding of SDLC, agile processes, and product workflows
  • Document editing, proofreading, and terminology alignment
  • Visual documentation/diagram creation
  • Repository management (Confluence, Notion, Drive, Git)
  • Cross-functional communication

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, English, or related field
  • 2–5 years of technical writing experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to simplify complex technical information
  • Familiarity with SDLC, agile methodology, APIs, and product workflows
  • Skilled in documentation tools (Confluence, Notion, Google Workspace, Jira, Git, Figma)
  • Basic diagramming skills (Figma, Lucidchart, )
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in iGaming, online gaming, or live-studio operations
  • Knowledge in UI/UX documentation
  • Ability to write technical specifications
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, JSON, or system architecture diagrams
