TPM Technician

What you'll be doing

1. Perform thorough preventive maintenance on production equipment according to established schedules and protocols
2. Conduct regular inspections, identify potential issues, and implement timely corrective actions to minimise downtime
3. Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions or breakdowns
4. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and repair histories
5. Analyse data and provide recommendations for equipment upgrades, process improvements, and proactive maintenance strategies
6. Participate in the implementation of new equipment and technologies, ensuring smooth integration and optimal functionality
7. Adhere to all safety protocols and promote a culture of safe work practices

What we're looking for

1. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a TPM Technician or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry
2. Strong technical knowledge and understanding of production equipment, systems, and maintenance procedures
3. Proficiency in using computerised maintenance management systems and data analysis tools
4. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve complex equipment issues
5. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
6. Commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with industry best practices and technological advancements
7. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to preventive maintenance
