Job Functions:
  • Monitor machine performance and collect operational data for analysis.
  • Analyze breakdown trends, maintenance logs, and production reports.
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend long-term corrective solutions.
  • Support predictive and preventive maintenance programs.
  • Assist in process improvement and efficiency optimization initiatives.
  • Prepare analytical reports for management and engineering teams.
  • Support the implementation of new technologies or monitoring systems.
Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Data Collection & Monitoring

  2. Gather real-time data from machines, sensors, and control systems.

  3. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as downtime, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), and production output.
  4. Maintain accurate records of machine performance and maintenance history.

  5. Analysis & Reporting

  6. Analyze maintenance data to identify root causes of recurring issues.

  7. Generate performance reports and dashboards for management review.
  8. Provide insights to improve preventive maintenance schedules and spare parts planning.

  9. Process & System Improvement

  10. Work with engineers to implement data-driven solutions that enhance machine efficiency.

  11. Participate in continuous improvement projects (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, TPM).
  12. Support automation and system upgrades by analyzing process data before and after implementation.

  13. Technical Support

  14. Assist maintenance teams by providing analytical insights during troubleshooting.

  15. Support calibration and testing of machine sensors or control systems.
  16. Evaluate equipment performance to ensure compliance with production standards.

  17. Safety & Compliance

  18. Ensure analysis and monitoring practices adhere to safety and quality standards.

  19. Identify and report potential operational risks.
  20. Support the documentation of technical procedures and compliance records.
