Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Patient Support and Coordination

  • Welcome and register patients upon arrival

  • Guide patients through check-in and check-out procedures

  • Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments

  • Assist patients in filling out forms and explain procedures

  • Assist Receptionist and supervisor in front desk.

  • Sorting and filing of patient record

2. Clinical Assistance

  • Prepare treatment rooms, assist patient and dentist

  • Take and record vital signs (e.g., blood pressure, temperature, pulse)

  • Support dentists with dental procedures

  • Sterilize equipment and ensure exam rooms are clean and stocked

3. Administrative Duties

  • Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries

  • Maintain patient records and update patient records

  • Process billing, insurance claims, and payments

  • Order and manage clinic and office supplies inventory

4. Liaison and Communication

  • Coordinate with laboratories, office, and other external providers

  • Relay messages between HMO coordinator and patients

5. Compliance and Safety

  • Follow clinic protocols for infection control and safety

  • Ensure patient confidentiality

  • Adhere to clinic policies, procedures, and health regulations

Qualifications:

  • College Level or Senior High-school Graduate

  • Willing to be assigned at VERA.DENTAL CLINIC 2F Mega Bldg. National Highway Brgy. Landayan, San Pedro, Laguna

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php14,560.00 per month
