About the role

As a Nurse Aesthetician at Greenfields Dermatology clinic', you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care within our modern and innovative healthcare facility. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for delivering a range of aesthetic treatments and procedures to our patients, all while upholding the highest standards of nursing practice. Based in our San Fernando Pampanga location, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our dedicated team of medical professionals and contribute to the continued growth and success of our esteemed clinic.

What you'll be doing

• Performing a variety of non-surgical aesthetic treatments, including laser hair removal, chemical peels, comedone extractions, and skin rejuvenation procedures.
• Educating patients on proper skin care and wellness, and providing guidance on the most suitable treatments for their individual needs
• Maintaining meticulous records and ensuring compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and protocols
• Collaborating with the broader medical team to deliver seamless, patient-centric care
• Continuously expanding your knowledge and skills through ongoing training and professional development opportunities

What we're looking for

• A nursing graduate (with or without license) and significant experience in the aesthetics or dermatology field
• Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in aesthetic treatments or dermatology procedures
• Assist the dermatologist during excision, biopsy, incision and drainage, nail avulsion, suturing, and other dermatological procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide a high level of customer service to our patients
• A strong commitment to patient safety and most especially care, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional care (mabait)
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced healthcare environment
• Proficiency in laser equipment operation, chemical peel application, and sterile procedure techniques
