  • Support communication, behavior regulation, and social skills
  • Keep the child engaged using positive reinforcement
  • Track progress and communicate updates to parents
  • Create a safe, calm, and supportive learning environment

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with children with autism or special needs
  • Background in education, psychology, ABA, childcare, RBT, or related fields preferred
  • Must be patient, dependable, and able to work 1:1
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
