Duties and Responsibilities:

Voucher Preparation

► Ensures the accuracy of all prepared vouchers, including attached required documents and correct calculations matching source documents approved by authorized officers.

► Verifies that the due date and release date indicated on vouchers are accurate for timely check payment.

Summary and Reconciliation of Mandatory Payables for Employees

► Prepares a summary of withholding tax, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG deductions as per the payroll register.

► Ensures accurate accounting of figures and deductions, matching the payroll register amounts with HR's payment listing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php22,000.00 per month
