Engineering Supervisor

Responsible for overseeing and standardizing the operation and maintenance of key plant systems—including production process equipment, refrigeration, compressed air, power, and steam systems. This role ensures the effective execution of preventive maintenance programs and manages daily engineering activities to support plant reliability and operational efficiency.

Job Description:

• Identify and define revisions, changes, and modifications to preventive maintenance (PM) programs, supported by thorough analysis.
• Lead the development and implementation of preventive maintenance strategies for process plant systems and equipment.
• Ensure the reliability and optimal performance of production equipment and its components.
• Execute system upgrades and modifications to enhance manufacturing operations.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of third-party service providers.
• Optimize the use of engineering resources and assets to maximize productivity and efficiency.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in preventive maintenance, with proven leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong background in equipment maintenance, including documentation and hands-on execution.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and coordinate effectively across departments during equipment turnover and maintenance cycles.
• Willing to work on-site in Sucat, Muntinlupa.
