About the role

Join the dynamic team at the INTERACTIVE MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE' as a full-time Public Attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of our shared public spaces, ensuring our guests and staff enjoy a comfortable and well-kept environment. This position is based in Makati City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  1. Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and other communal spaces
  2. Stock and replenish supplies in assigned areas
  3. Monitor and report any maintenance issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel
  4. Assist with the set-up and tear-down of events and functions held in public spaces
  5. Provide excellent customer service to all guests, visitors, and staff
  6. Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation protocols
  7. Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure a high standard of cleanliness is maintained throughout the premises

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a housekeeping or facilities maintenance role
  2. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently
  3. Strong time management and organisational skills
  4. Friendly and approachable demeanor with good communication skills
  5. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
  6. Familiarity with the use of cleaning equipment and supplies
