Schedule

• Full-Time | 8-Hour Shifts (Pacific Time)

• Rotating Schedule, Including Possible Weekends

• 2 Days Off per Week

Responsibilities
Guest & Reservation Management

• Respond to guest inquiries via chat, phone, and email

• Manage bookings, reviews, claims, and resolution cases

• Send lease agreements and follow up on signatures

• Coordinate check-ins, check-outs, and reservation logistics

• Monitor CCTV footage as needed
Cleaning & Maintenance Coordination

• Review cleaner reports and photos for quality assurance

• Schedule and follow up with cleaning teams

• Manage supply inventory and quarterly deep cleans

• Invoice cleaners and source new vendors
Listing & Vendor Oversight

• Maintain Airbnb & VRBO listings with optimized content

• Create guidebooks, floor plans, and compelling descriptions

• Coordinate with contractors, handymen, and other service providers
Admin & Special Projects

• Conduct market research and complete ad hoc tasks

• Contribute to internal process improvements

What We're Looking For

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)

• 2+ years of Airbnb property management or Airbnb customer support (required)

• 4+ years working remotely, in BPO, or as a virtual assistant

Required Tools & Skills

• Excellent written and verbal English

• Typing speed of at least 60 WPM

• Fast, reliable computer with high-speed internet

• Quiet, professional home office setup

• Knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT

• Familiarity with time-tracking software (Time Doctor)

• Dual monitor setup (preferred)

Bonus Points (Nice-to-Have)

• Supervisory or team lead experience

• Previous Airbnb case manager experience

Compensation

• Starting at $5/hour (negotiable based on experience)
