We are looking for a Guest Experience Ambassador who will be the first and last contact of our guests. You will make sure they feel welcome and comfortable throughout their stay. Your primary goal is to provide exceptional service and create a positive experience for all guests.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will be responsible for checking in and out guests, handling guest complaints, and providing information about the hotel and its services. You will also be responsible for running the Night Audit independently and performing other administrative tasks.

As a member of our team, you will work closely with other colleagues to ensure that every guest has an unforgettable experience. You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and creating memorable moments for our guests.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet the needs of our guests. You will also need to be proficient in Opera IT system and have fluent written and spoken English.
