The E-Commerce Manager is responsible in driving e-commerce sales and help maximize revenue opportunities in the online platforms. He/She improves the customer experience, manages the customer order fulfilment and maintains the technology plans. He/She generates data-driven market insights and manages relationships with partners. He/She works in a fast-paced digital environment and manages the end-to-end operations of the e-commerce business.

SALES AND PROFITABILITY MANAGEMENT

  • Drive e-commerce performance.
  • Develop and implement e-commerce strategic and tactical programs that harness sales-related insights, prevailing standards, and developments to encourage sales in the online platform.
  • Create frameworks that transform the social media sites into highly profitable platforms.
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in partner accounts.
  • Analyze segmet product mix, sales, TC and AC.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Department in analysing marketing research tools and results to proper identifying segment needs and opportunities and provides relevant consumer insights fro a specific program.
  • Monitor product availability and recommend action plans to address problem in terms of needed support programs and materials.
  • Review and ensure the security of checkout pages and payment procedures.
  • Generate ideas and strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Manage the sales, promotions, marketing and social media campaigns over digital platforms.
