Job Overview:

The Graphic Artist Assistant is responsible for creating visually appealing designs that support the company's marketing, branding, and communication objectives. This role involves producing high-quality artwork and layouts for both digital and print materials while ensuring consistency with brand standards. The Graphic Artist collaborates closely with the marketing and operations teams to deliver creative visuals that effectively communicate the company's message and enhance brand visibility.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and design marketing materials such as posters, banners, social media content, brochures, and product labels.
  • Assist in creating visual content for digital platforms, including websites, online ads, and email campaigns.
  • Capture and edit photos or videos for marketing and promotional use.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure designs align with campaign objectives and brand identity.
  • Prepare design layouts and final artwork files for production or printing.
  • Maintain an organized archive of design files and project assets.
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure fresh and relevant creative outputs.
  • Support other departments with visual materials and presentations when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Multimedia or any graphic-related course.
  • Knowledgeable in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.).
  • Skilled in video content creation and photoshoots.
  • A plus factor if with at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Willing to learn and can work well under pressure.
