We are looking for an individual with a passion for workplace safety and contribute to our culture of excellence. The ideal candidate shall possess the following:

· Completion of Safety Officer 2 training (required)

· A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Safety Officer (preferred)

· In-depth knowledge in the creation and implementation of safety programs, practices, and regulatory compliance.

· Ability to lead and conduct safety training sessions for employees.

· Basic understanding of Food Safety regulations and ISO standards.

· Previous experience in the food manufacturing industry is highly preferred.

· Ability to effectively communicate safety protocols across all levels of the organization.

· Ability to identify potential hazards and address safety concerns before they become issues.

The Safety Officer will be mainly responsible for:

· Implementing and enforcing safety standards to ensure a safe working environment.

· Conducting safety training sessions for employees and spearheading monthly safety meetings.

· Monitoring and evaluating workplace practices to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

· Assisting in the development and maintenance of safety policies and procedures.

· Conducting regular safety inspections and risk assessments.

· Collaborating with management and team members to resolve any safety concerns promptly.

· Ensuring that safety equipment and procedures are up to date and fully operational.
