Trainer (Process Training Associate)

Job Role:
This role is responsible for administering new hire induction training for the Ops Delivery Team primarily, and various employee development training courses depending on the business need.
The Training Associate will be heavily involved in the new hire's first 90 days with the organisation by monitoring their performance and coordinating with respective Line Managers. As trainers, the main goal is to ensure that all employees are built for success hence, identification of skills and knowledge gaps, and addressing these through training interventions are among the most important tasks for this role.
Job Responsibilities:
- Administer new hire Onboarding and Process Training via a mixed learning model. The induction program will be a combination of instructor led sessions, online self paced learning, interactive group sessions, hands on system practice sessions and on the job training.
- Evaluate new hire performance throughout the new hire's first 90 days and identify retraining requirements.
- Acquire process mastery and ensure that the training sessions and content remain up to date by maintaining close coordination with internal process teams.
- Prepare Trainee Assessment Reports to document trainee performance throughout the duration of the learning.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time in relation to the fulfilment of training objectives such as but not limited to training needs analysis.
- Support new hires on the floor through coaching and mentoring.
- Deliver 10 checks/months with all required performance metrics on the floor
Qualifications:
- Applicants should have a minimum experience of 1 year in process or product training. Experience in creating training content is an advantage.
- Professionals with knowledge in the Background Screening or Customer Service industry are highly preferred.
- English proficiency is required.
- Computer proficiency is a must.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced presentation skills
- Basic knowledge of the background screening process and industry or its equivalent
- Proficiency in various system applications such as Google OS is a must
